Spring break took place the week of Monday, March 23, through Friday, March 27. Northside students spent their time off in many different ways. When asked about their plans, here’s what some Mustangs had to say:

- “Over spring break, I visited Penn State! It was such a beautiful campus, but it made me a little stressed because I have to make a decision soon.” – Cecilie Garcia [Senior]

Spring break marks roughly the middle of the second semester; how do you feel about this school year coming to an end?
- “I can’t wait for summer! I’m so excited because I am doing a summer program at Rush with my friend, and that starts soon.” – Hasan Azzawi [Sophomore]

(Freshmen and Seniors) How do you feel about your (first/last) year as a high schooler coming to an end?
- “I feel kind of sad that it is almost over. It felt like it went by super fast, but I am looking forward to sophomore year!” – Joann Kolaparan [Freshman]
- “Since it was my last spring break in high school . . . I [was] a little bummed . . . especially since I don’t have much time left with my friends, but I am trying to make the most of all the things we do together!” – Cecilie Garcia [Senior]
