Theater
Teen Arts Pass (TAP) “*” indicates parter of TAP
TAP allows teens to experience live arts performances all around Chicago for only $5. Registration is completely free, and the pass includes places such as the Goodman Theatre, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Symphony Center, and the Lookinglass Theatre Company.
Offers $25 day-of-show rush tickets for select productions at their box office. Limit of 2 tickets per valid student ID.
$15 tickets with a CPS ID, $20 with a college ID.
$32.50 rush tickets for students are available day of show at the Briar Street Theatre box office. Student ID required. Two tickets available per student ID.
The theater specializes in the works of Shakespeare and modern like-minded playwrights. Discounted tickets are available to anyone under 35, and there is a limited series of student matinees for high school students for $20.
Offers discounted student tickets for various concerts. Student tickets usually become available 1-4 weeks ahead of the concert date with newly eligible concerts typically added on Thursday afternoons. Students can also subscribe to a Create Your Own series of three or more performances and save 30-50% off standard ticket prices. Also offers $15 tickets on the day of concerts. One ticket per ID cash only.

Movies
$7 tickets every Tuesday for students. Ticket discount applies to regular-priced 2D, non-event Tuesday shows only, subject to availability.
$5 Tuesdays Showplace Icon Theaters
Your local Regal Cinemas and AMC Theatres post student discounts in person at certain times and days of the week, usually at $6.50 a piece.
$8 admission with valid student ID and/or people 18 and under. Must be purchased in person at the box office.
Local Rogers Park theater offering $7.50 tickets with a valid student ID.
Museums
All free Chicago Museum Days for Chicago and Illinois residents
Discount student admission with a valid school ID, up to 80% off.
Chicago-based teenagers 13-17 are allowed in for free, and students older can still get significantly reduced pricing with a valid school ID.
Chicago Architecture Foundation
15% discount on membership for students.
Discount student admission with a valid school ID, and Chicago/IL residents get an additional discount.
Chinese-American Museum of Chicago
Offers $5 admission for students with a valid ID.

Sports
Student “RUSH” tickets are available with an active “.edu” email address to receive special ticket offers via text. Additionally, they sell student packs that include a food & beverage credit equivalent to one hot dog, one drink, and one buttery popcorn.
Students are eligible to receive special ticket offers for every Bulls home game. Purchase tickets starting from just $20.
Students can take advantage of special “school night” games, where tickets are as low as $15 and come with a hot dog & drink.
The independent league baseball team offers $11 tickets on “education day” games.
Students can get texts with ticket offers as low as $10 two days before games.
Students 16 and younger can bowl two free games between 9am and 4pm every day from now until September 30th.
Gyms
Students age 14-19 can work out for free over the summer. Parents do not need to be members.
The YMCA offers Student Memberships for ages 11-18 as well as Parent-Child (one adult and one student under 19) and Family memberships (two adults and two students under 19.)
