Pierson Strandquist, Managing Editor (Sports)
Pierson is a senior at Northside and a staff writer of the HoofBeat. He hopes to expand athletics coverage at the school both through the paper and NCP TV, the school’s first sports broadcasting club that he founded. Some of his other extracurriculars involements include being captain of the men’s lacrosse team, on board for Stage Crew & Tri-M Music Honors Society, and a member of Isang Hakbang, Chulla Vida, Peer Mentors, Golf, and Debate. He also is an avid musician, playing percussion/vibraphone at Merit School of Music’s Alice S. Pfaelzer Conservatory and with the NCP Jazz Band.
