Northside is refocusing on safety this year. While there aren’t any new policies, we are going to be talking about and enforcing policies that already exist.
We need everybody’s help in making sure that students are entering and exiting through the main doors. We are numbering our doors this year so that we can more easily be prepared in emergency situations. Additionally, we are working with all of our community members to make sure that all parts of the volunteer policy are followed.
Are there any upcoming events or initiatives that the school community should be excited about?
Our homecoming dance is coming up in October along with all the amazing events that come with that (pep-rally, spirit days, and our boy’s soccer game on our new turf field).
We also have Clubapalooza coming up, Back to School Night, a few concerts, and our Fall Play. Mr. Smith is always amazed by how many events we are planning for, even before school officially starts back.
